Happy Camper

I am a retired kindergarten teacher and my husband is a CPA. We were blessed that we ran into people who lead us through this purchase from beginning to end. We are both in our seventies and this was our first RV purchase.
ZOOMERS WOW!!!!! It took us only minutes after being at different dealerships to know that we were at the right place. First, we were greeted with a smile by Hope at the front desk. She immediately put us in contact with the best sales persons we have met in this journey to find the perfect RV. She introduced us to Beth. We had researched many travel trailer models and had settled on the Rockwood 2608BS as our ideal young couples in love RV. We had researched pricing on this particular model and Beth matched the best price we had found on this model. When we added some items later, she also gave us wonderful prices on the add-ons. We special ordered our unit to make sure it was a 100% match to what we wanted.
Because of COVID, the manufacturers were overwhelmed in trying to keep up with demand. When our unit came in, Rockwood unilaterally changed our order. (This was in no way the fault of Zoomers). With this being said and the high demand for trailers and the great price Zoomers had given us, we knew that Zoomers could have simply offered a refund and quickly resold the unit at a higher price. Instead, Zoomers spent a considerable amount of time and effort to correct the problems. Beth kept us informed about what was happening. Marley was great in helping facilitate the changes in reordering proper items.
We had also researched different extended warranties. When we finalized the paperwork with Alex, he did an outstanding job explaining, without pressuring, a warranty that would cover repairs we might have in the future which was better than the best we had previously found.
Thank you Misty for a great walk through. Thank you Harry for making a couple who had not pulled a trailer feel that everything would be okay and explaining how to make the unit ready for safe travel. Harry, the camera and hitch worked GREAT! Also thanks to your helper.
This is the next morning. We parked the unit in our office parking lot. So Happy Together!
